About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Enablement Operations Intern who wants to work at the heart of where great salespeople are made.
You’ll be part of the team that helps our sales rockstars — the toughest, sharpest minds in the business - become even better at their craft. This isn’t a back-office role. It’s a ringside seat to watch, learn from, and support top performers in one of the most demanding functions in any organization: Sales.

Your work will directly fuel their growth. You’ll help design the systems, routines, and insights that make enablement programs run like clockwork — from training sessions to performance reviews, from call recordings to coaching feedback loops.
In short, you’ll be the quiet force behind every rep who sells better, learns faster, and wins more.

If you’ve ever wanted to understand what truly drives elite sales performance, this is your ticket in. You’ll learn the language, tools, and frameworks of top global sales methodologies — while being surrounded by people who live to coach, challenge, and elevate others.
This internship can open doors to a career where salespeople look up to you - not just for knowledge, but for your ability to bring order, insight, and clarity to everything they do.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate schedules, invites, and reminders for enablement sessions and learning initiatives.
  • Manage the full backend of enablement calls — from nominations and recordings to transcripts, notes, and feedback tracking.
  • Build and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards that highlight performance trends and learning impact.
  • Organize and update playbooks, templates, and content libraries for easy access and usability.
  • Support live workshops through polling, breakout coordination, and chat moderation.
  • Document session outcomes, follow up on action items, and keep progress dashboards updated - without reminders.

This is a hands-on, high-accountability role. You’ll work across multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring nothing slips between the cracks.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s serious about growth — both their own and others’.

Non-negotiables:
  • Impeccable time discipline and reliability with deadlines.
  • Strong organizational instincts - able to manage multiple moving parts daily.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can tailor tone and detail for reps, managers, or senior leaders.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, documents, and basic reporting tools.
  • Proactive, self-managed, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Keen eye for detail - you notice what others miss.
  • Comfortable handling operational repetition without losing energy or focus.

If you’ve ever been told you “bring order to chaos,” this role will feel like home.

Why This Role Matters

Sales Enablement is where training meets transformation. It’s where insights turn into confidence, and confidence turns into performance.
Every enablement session, report, and follow-up you support helps a salesperson get one step closer to mastery.

You’ll be helping high performers reach their next milestone - while building your own path toward becoming the kind of professional every salesperson trusts and learns from.
