We're looking for a French-speaking Product Trainer to join our Customer Education team. This role will primarily support our French-speaking customers while also delivering training to English-speaking accounts, ensuring a high-quality learning experience across global markets.
Role Overview
As a French-Speaking Product Trainer, you'll design and deliver engaging product training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams. You'll help users maximize the value of the VWO platform through live training sessions, educational content, and scalable learning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live and virtual product training sessions to French and English-speaking customers.
- Conduct onboarding and advanced training programs for customer success and partner teams.
- Develop and maintain training curricula for VWO products and CRO best practices.
- Create video tutorials, webinars, guides, and self-paced learning materials.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure training content stays up to date.
- Design customized training programs based on customer business objectives.
- Support internal enablement initiatives to keep cross-functional teams informed about new features and product updates.
- Gather learner feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in product training, customer education, or SaaS enablement.
- Experience developing training curricula and learning content.
- Good understanding of web applications and basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern learning technologies.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English.
- Experience working with SaaS products or B2B technology platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer success, implementation, or technical consulting.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), experimentation, or digital marketing.
- Experience delivering remote training across global audiences.
