Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical, process-oriented, and execution-focused Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing RevOps team.
This role goes beyond reporting and systems management. You will play a critical role in driving Go-To-Market (GTM) execution across Sales, Channel Partners, and other revenue-generating teams by owning key operational cadences, optimizing business processes, and delivering actionable insights that accelerate growth.
As a strategic partner to global revenue leaders, you will leverage data, process excellence, and operational rigor to improve commercial performance, scale revenue operations, and support the company's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy & Process Optimization
- Support the annual Go-To-Market planning process through data-driven analysis for territory design, quota allocation, capacity planning, and headcount modeling.
- Design, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end business processes across Sales, Channel Partnerships, and Key Account Management functions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies throughout the revenue lifecycle, recommend scalable solutions, and drive change management initiatives.
- Partner with GTM leaders to improve productivity, forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and overall commercial effectiveness.
Business Performance & Analytics
- Own and coordinate core business operating cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews) within your scope, ensuring timely execution, follow-up, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into business performance.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations and business reviews that support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor key revenue metrics and proactively highlight areas requiring operational intervention or performance improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue Systems
- Serve as a trusted partner between GTM leadership and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations, to ensure alignment and seamless revenue execution.
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce and Business Systems teams to translate evolving business requirements into scalable process and system enhancements.
- Champion data quality, process governance, and operational best practices across the revenue organization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, workflows, policies, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related function within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven experience supporting global Sales organizations and driving operational improvements that impact revenue performance.
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of SaaS revenue operations, sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and performance measurement.
- Experience supporting Partner/Channel Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Key Account Management teams is a plus.
Process & Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to map, redesign, and scale business processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Analytical Skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- Strong proficiency in reporting, business intelligence, and data modeling.
Systems & Tools
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and revenue operations technology stack.
- Experience with CRM reporting, dashboards, workflow automation, and data management best practices.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders and globally distributed teams.
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to executive audiences.
Language
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
