Product Trainer – Agency Enablement & Certification

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Trainer to lead training and certification initiatives for our global agency partner ecosystem. In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging learning experiences that help agency partners become proficient with VWO, enabling them to successfully implement, position, and recommend our products to their clients.
You will own the agency certification program end-to-end—from developing learning paths and certification content to conducting live training sessions, tracking learner progress, and continuously improving the training experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, has a strong understanding of web applications, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is passionate about helping others master technical concepts through engaging, scalable learning programs that drive partner success.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct online group product training sessions for agency partners, delivering engaging product education and hands-on demonstrations to drive product adoption.
  • Own and manage the Wingify Agency Certification Program, including certification content, assessments, learner tracking, and program enhancements.
  • Create and maintain product training materials, including presentations, documentation, videos, tutorials, and self-paced learning modules.
  • Enable agency partners to effectively use, implement, and position VWO products for their customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Presales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product capabilities and best practices.
  • Continuously improve training effectiveness by gathering learner feedback, measuring outcomes, and refining curriculum.
  • Maintain a structured knowledge repository and learning resources for agency partners.
  • Stay up to date with product releases and industry trends in experimentation, personalization, digital experience optimization, and customer education.
  • Support internal enablement initiatives whenever required by delivering product knowledge sessions to cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in product training, technical training, customer education, partner enablement, or learning & development within a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or web applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual training programs and certification initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
  • Good understanding of SaaS products, web technologies, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others learn and succeed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with agency partners or channel enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B Testing, Experimentation, Analytics, or Digital Experience platforms.
  • Experience creating video-based learning content and certification assessments.
  • Exposure to global customer or partner training across multiple time zones.
