About Wingify
Wingify is building an Agentic Experience Optimization Platform that brings experimentation, personalization, behavioral insights, commerce optimization, feature management, and customer engagement together on a shared data foundation.
At the heart of the platform is Wingz, our intelligence engine that continuously understands customer behavior, decides what is most relevant, acts in the moment, and learns from the outcome.
Within our Commerce Product Tribe, activation is where this journey begins.
Our enterprise customers have complex, heterogeneous product catalogs and data sources. Getting them live requires connecting these systems, structuring their data, and making the setup simple enough that increasingly AI—not manual configuration—does the heavy lifting.
That's where you come in.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Activation & Onboarding to own the journey from signed contract to first measurable customer value for our Commerce products.
You will own the product experience and roadmap across technical integration, catalog onboarding, data structuring, configuration, and activation. Your goal is simple: make it dramatically faster and easier for enterprise customers to get live and see value.
This is an impact-driven role. Success isn't measured by how many features you ship, but by whether you improve metrics such as:
- Time to first value
- Activation and onboarding completion rates
- Catalog integration success
- Drop-off at different onboarding stages
- Data quality and integration reliability
- Support effort required to get customers live
You'll work closely with Engineering, Data, GTM, CSM, TSM and TSE teams, as well as directly with enterprise customers and their technical teams.
You'll also have a significant opportunity to use AI and automation to rethink how enterprise onboarding works—from catalog mapping and configuration to troubleshooting and error resolution.
What You'll Own
- Own the activation and onboarding product roadmap end-to-end, from customer kickoff through first live recommendation and measurable value.
- Define and track activation KPIs including time-to-value, activation rate, integration completion, catalog health and onboarding drop-offs.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams on API integrations, catalog/feed ingestion, data schemas and integration architecture across sources such as BigQuery, feeds and direct APIs.
- Identify and remove friction across catalog connection, data mapping, structuring, validation, synchronization and error handling.
- Simplify technical onboarding for both technical and non-technical users through better UX, automation and self-service experiences.
- Explore and ship AI-powered capabilities such as automatic catalog structure detection, AI-assisted field mapping, natural-language configuration, intelligent defaults and proactive integration troubleshooting.
- Conduct structured discovery with customers, CSMs, TSMs and TSEs to understand where onboarding breaks down and quantify the impact of solving those problems.
- Translate the needs of international enterprise customers—including multi-market, multi-catalog and non-standard data structures—into clear product requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Own experimentation and continuous improvement of onboarding flows through instrumentation, funnel analysis and customer feedback.
- Monitor integration reliability, data quality and activation performance, and proactively address regressions.
- Clearly communicate product capabilities, limitations and AI-driven automation to customers and internal stakeholders, building confidence and trust in the experience.
What We're Looking For
- 4–8 years of Product Management experience, ideally building integration, activation/onboarding or data-intensive B2B products.
- Experience working with products involving APIs, data pipelines, product catalogs, feeds, search, recommendations or personalization.
- Proven experience shipping products that simplify technical onboarding or enterprise integrations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to work with Engineering and Data teams on topics such as APIs, data schemas, catalog/feed formats and integration architecture.
- You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be technically curious, comfortable going deep, and able to challenge technical trade-offs from a customer and business perspective.
- A genuine interest in using AI to reduce product friction and automate workflows, with good judgment about where automation creates value and where human control is still important.
- E-commerce or retail experience is a strong plus, particularly with product catalogs, feeds, merchandising, search, recommendations or personalization.
- Experience working with international, multi-market or multi-language products is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- French is a plus.
What Great Looks Like
Product Craft
- You can take an ambiguous integration or onboarding problem and turn it into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.
- You understand that AI is a means to remove friction, not the product objective itself.
- You can work effectively with Engineering and Data teams on complex technical problems without needing to be the deepest technical expert in the room.
- You have strong product intuition for what makes an integration genuinely easy—not just easy in a demo.
Discovery & Execution
- You use a combination of customer interviews, funnel data, product analytics and operational insights to identify the highest-impact problems.
- You can translate customer pain points into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
- You drive execution with clarity across product development, QA, experimentation, documentation and launch.
- You continuously measure activation and time-to-value and use those insights to improve the onboarding journey.
Business & Stakeholder Management
- You work effectively across GTM, Sales, CSM, TSM, TSE, Operations, Engineering and Data.
- You can explain complex technical concepts in simple language to customers and business stakeholders.
- You build trust by being clear about what the product—and its AI capabilities—can and cannot do.
- You prioritize based on customer impact, activation outcomes and business value, rather than simply chasing new technology.
Autonomy & Mindset
- You take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving in ambiguous environments.
- You bring people along, challenge assumptions constructively and maintain a high bar for quality.
- You are comfortable operating across international teams, cultures and time zones.
- You combine rigor and ambition with a collaborative, low-ego approach.
Why This Role?
This is an opportunity to work on a high-impact product problem at the intersection of Product, AI, Data and Commerce.
You'll have the opportunity to fundamentally rethink how enterprise customers integrate complex product data and get value from a sophisticated commerce platform—moving from manual, technical onboarding toward an intelligent, AI-assisted activation experience.
If you're excited by complex product problems, enterprise customers, data-heavy systems and using AI to make products dramatically simpler, we'd love to hear from you.
