About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused junior Free Trial Presales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users exploring VWO through our free trial. You'll provide timely and helpful support via in-app chat, emails and phone calls, guiding users through the initial stages of their VWO journey.

You'll also work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to identify and create qualified sales opportunities. 

This position offers a clear growth path, with opportunities to graduate into a senior Presales / Product Consultant role. In this progression, you'll directly contribute to closing deals by leveraging your product knowledge and customer insights, eventually providing pre-sales support and renewal consultations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to free trial users via in-app chat, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist users with initial product setup and answer basic and advanced product-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues faced by free trial users and handle advanced technical problems as needed.
  • Qualify leads based on user interactions and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Contribute to the development of helpful resources and documentation for free trial users.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with web applications, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (mandatory).
  • Experience of working in a metric-driven environment and hands-on experience of dealing with international clients.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support different time zones.
