Application Delivery: Lead Engineer Backend

As a Lead Engineer (Backend), you'll be working to build the core platform and services for Wingify’s products. You will need to Design, Build, Deploy and Scale. You will solve real problems, which are not just technical but business problems with the use of technology. You should be able to research and adapt cutting-edge technologies as per product requirements in a rapid-paced environment. You would be required to take initiative and display high levels of ownership and commitment

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of at least two of these programming languages - php/java/python/golang/node.js.
• Strong OOPS and Design Fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools.
• Experience with working on microservices and has seen multiple transitions from monolithic architecture to microservices.
• Experience in solving critical, complex and challenging problems by designing and developing highly scalable, available and reliable user-centric applications
• Strong code review skills.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Solid database skills in at least one SQL and one NoSQL Database.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Nagios/Icinga, Ansible, hashicorp vault.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Prior experience in managing a team would be preferred.
• Being Hands-on is essential for this role.
