About VWO

VWO is a leading Digital Experience Optimization platform trusted by over 3,000 businesses in 100+ countries, including global brands like Samsung, Vodafone, Toyota, HBO, and Domino's. What began 15 years ago as one of the world’s first A/B testing tools has since evolved into a comprehensive, enterprise-grade platform used by product, marketing, and growth teams to experiment, personalize, analyze behavior, and build exceptional digital experiences.

Today, VWO offers a full-stack suite for A/B testing, multivariate testing, feature rollouts, heatmaps, session recordings, behavioural analytics, surveys, personalization, and more across web, mobile, and server-side applications — all in one unified platform. We enable teams to make confident, data-driven decisions that drive user engagement, retention, and conversion.

VWO is a profitable, founder-led business with $50M+ ARR, strong EBITDA margins, and a history of capital-efficient, sustainable growth. In January 2025, Everstone Capital acquired a majority stake in the company to help accelerate our global expansion — both organically and inorganically.

We are a fully remote team of 450+ people, with go-to-market teams across the Americas, Europe, and APAC, and product and engineering anchored in India. Our culture values deep thinking, fast execution, and strong ownership — with minimal bureaucracy and high autonomy. Despite our scale, we continue to operate with the agility and ambition of a startup.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO on solving the most complex, high-impact challenges across strategy, operations, and growth. You’ll be expected to think like a founder, operate with full ownership, and move fluidly between strategy and ground-level execution. From driving company-wide strategic initiatives to managing critical programs, ensuring org-wide alignment, and helping push key priorities across the finish line — you’ll be a force multiplier to the CEO and a trusted partner to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate brings a rare mix of:

  • Strategic sharpness (think top-tier consulting),
  • Program and project leadership (driving cross-functional execution end-to-end), and
  • Operational hustle (you get things done, fast and well).

You’ve likely worked in high-performance environments and are no stranger to long hours, ambiguity, and constant context-switching. You enjoy being in the room for the big conversations — whether it’s M&A, board meetings, executive reviews, or cross-functional bets — and are equally comfortable stepping out of that room to get things executed.

If you’re looking for a predictable 9-to-5, this probably isn’t the role. But if you’re excited about playing a central role in shaping a company’s trajectory — and want a front-row seat to building a global SaaS business — we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Initiatives & Execution

  • Drive the CEO’s key priorities and translate strategic ideas into executable programs.
  • Identify, scope, and manage special projects across functions — from ideation to final outcomes.
  • Build frameworks, align stakeholders, and unblock execution across departments.

Program & Business Management

  • Build and own tracking mechanisms for company-level goals and KPIs.
  • Ensure operational rhythm across leadership cadences (reviews, planning).
  • Help the CEO stay focused, prepared, and effective across meetings and decisions.

Corporate Development & M&A

  • Support the CEO in identifying and evaluating inorganic growth opportunities — partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
  • Conduct market and competitive research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential M&A.
  • Drive execution of deals in collaboration with legal, finance, and external partners.

Thought Partnership & Communication

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO — bring insights, challenge ideas, and connect the dots across the business.
  • Prepare communication and presentations for internal and external stakeholders — board, investors, and team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, operations, or corporate development.
  • Strong exposure to fast-paced SaaS/startup environments.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset — you take initiative, lead independently, and follow through.
  • Strong analytical and project management chops.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and switching contexts frequently.
  • Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees from top-tier institutions preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.

Why This Role?

  • Be the force multiplier to the CEO — with real influence, access, and ownership.
  • Shape the future of a global SaaS business at a pivotal time.
  • Work on complex, cross-functional problems that matter.
  • Fast-paced, high-trust environment with smart, driven people.

Location: Remote (Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR)
